Hair Hair Everywhere!

It’s been a week and Match.com has sent me lots of profiles to evaluate. Hailing from Los Angeles to Oregon, I see pictures of men from 58 to 70 years old. From what I can surmise, many of the men did not comb their hair (and scruffy beards) before taking their pictures. Many hide their eyes behind sunglasses and include pictures of dogs, sailboats, motorcycles and glasses of beer (without themselves in the pictures.) A number of pictures brought gasps — they look angry! The blue ribbon winner is the man who took his picture with the camera below his chin — what you see is a large nose full of bushy hair! I delete one profile after another. I have received two heart icons. One doesn’t have a picture (delete) and one comes with a short letter. A doctor living not far from me. I send a pleasant note back to him. The next letter from him includes warnings of how many men on the site are not trustworthy so I must be careful. I get the intuitive feel he may be one of those I should avoid (delete.) I have sent five heart icons with a short note (you have lovely smile, eyes, etc.) No word back. Maybe I’ll watch the musical ‘Hair’ tonight…
